We are happy to announce you that the next edition of the Iida Puppet Festival will be held from July 30th to August 2nd, 2026.
As of now, the application period for puppet troupes to participate to the festival has officially open!

The deadline for applying is the 27th of November 2025. The applications received before the deadline will be transmitted to the Iida Puppet Festival Executive Committee which will proceed with the selection. The selected troupes will be announced in 2026.
We were delighted to meet more international onlookers and puppeteers during the last festival and we hope to welcome an even bigger audience this year from all over the world.
